Shipping Policy

ONE Peptides currently delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are processed following receipt of cleared payment and successful completion of all required verification steps, including age verification and acceptance of the Research-Use Only Acknowledgement.

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Orders are dispatched only after payment has been authorised and all required verification has been completed. The estimated delivery timeframe begins once these requirements have been satisfied and the order has been accepted.

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. ONE Peptides may hold, decline, or cancel an order where:

• Required verification cannot be completed
• The delivery address is incomplete or outside the UAE
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
• The order does not comply with our policies
• A product is unavailable
• We cannot lawfully fulfil the order

Once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched, delivery generally takes 1–3 business days within the UAE.

Business days exclude weekends, UAE public holidays, and other days on which normal processing or delivery services are unavailable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to verification delays, high order volumes, remote delivery locations, adverse weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery is free for orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of AED 1,000 or more, after discounts and excluding delivery charges.

For orders below AED 1,000, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and any access information required by the courier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

ONE Peptides is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer. Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect information or a requested redelivery may be charged to the customer where permitted.

If you ask us to deliver an order to another person or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is authorised, at least 21 years old, eligible to receive the products, and available to complete any required verification.

Delivery to the address and recipient specified in the order will be treated as delivery to you.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:

• Contact you regarding an alternative
• Dispatch the available items separately
• Cancel the unavailable item
• Cancel the affected order

Any amount paid for an item that we cannot supply will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are packaged using methods considered appropriate for the products and their intended research-use context.

You are responsible for following all storage, handling, and safety information supplied with the product or displayed on its label.

Specific storage requirements may vary between products. Always follow the instructions provided for the individual product.

ONE Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including transport restrictions, government action, public emergencies, severe weather, system failures, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Products purchased from ONE Peptides are supplied for delivery and use within the UAE. You must not use a freight-forwarding, reshipping, or export service to send products outside the UAE.

ONE Peptides is not responsible for products transferred, exported, or reshipped by the customer or another person after delivery to the address supplied at checkout.

All applicable ONE Peptides products are supplied strictly for research use only and are not for human consumption.
