Research-Use Only Policy

All products offered by ONE Peptides, unless expressly stated otherwise, are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory and scientific research use only.

Products are not intended or supplied for:

• Human consumption or administration
• Self-experimentation
• Clinical or therapeutic use
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or management of disease
• Use as medicines, pharmaceutical drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer wellness products
• Veterinary treatment or consumer animal use
• Recreational, household, or other non-research purposes

Unless expressly confirmed through official product documentation, no product is represented by ONE Peptides as approved, authorised, or registered by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, Dubai Health Authority, Department of Health Abu Dhabi, or another regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

ONE Peptides makes no representation that a research-use product is safe, effective, or suitable for any human, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, cosmetic, clinical, or veterinary purpose.

By purchasing, receiving, possessing, or handling a product, you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years old and otherwise eligible under our policies
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, handle, and use the product
• The product is being obtained exclusively for a lawful research purpose
• You possess, or are acting under the supervision of someone who possesses, the knowledge and facilities required to handle the product appropriately
• Your intended research, possession, handling, storage, transfer, and disposal comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You will not provide the product to an ineligible person or permit any prohibited use

ONE Peptides does not independently approve, supervise, or assume responsibility for your research activities.

You must not:

• Consume, ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise administer a product to yourself or another person
• Apply a product topically or otherwise apply it to the human body
• Use a product for self-experimentation
• Use a product to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a disease or health condition
• Use a product as or within a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic, medical device, or consumer product
• Administer a product to an animal except within an independently lawful and appropriately authorised research context
• Relabel, repackage, advertise, or represent a product as suitable for human or veterinary use
• Provide dosage, administration, treatment, or human-use instructions in connection with a product
• Use a product for an unlawful, unauthorised, or non-research purpose
• Export or reship a product outside the UAE

You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate procedures for the receipt, inspection, storage, handling, documentation, access control, and disposal of products after delivery.

You must:

• Follow the product label and any supplied storage or handling information
• Maintain suitable facilities and appropriate safety procedures
• Prevent access by children, unauthorised persons, and animals
• Avoid contamination, misidentification, or improper storage
• Dispose of products and related materials in accordance with applicable requirements

ONE Peptides is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, loss, damage, or other consequences resulting from improper storage, handling, transfer, or disposal after delivery.

Products must not be resold, redistributed, transferred, relabelled, repackaged, or supplied to another person or organisation without prior written authorisation from ONE Peptides.

Where a permitted transfer is authorised, the purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the recipient is eligible, understands the research-use restrictions, and complies with applicable law.

Products must not be transferred or promoted through any channel in a manner suggesting that they are intended for human consumption, treatment, supplementation, cosmetic use, or another prohibited purpose.

Information provided by ONE Peptides is intended only to identify products and describe general areas of scientific research.

It does not constitute medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, legal, or professional advice. It must not be used to determine human dosage, administration, treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare decisions.

A certificate of analysis, laboratory result, research reference, or product specification does not constitute regulatory approval or confirmation that a product is suitable for human use.

You must affirmatively accept the Research-Use Only Acknowledgement through a mandatory checkbox that is unchecked by default before completing an order.

By completing the acknowledgement or purchasing a product, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Policy
• Your purchase is for lawful research use only
• You will comply with all restrictions stated in this Policy
• You accept responsibility for the lawful handling and use of the product after delivery

ONE Peptides may hold, refuse, or cancel an order, restrict access, or suspend or terminate an account where it reasonably suspects:

• A prohibited human or animal use
• False or misleading purchaser information
• Unauthorised resale, distribution, transfer, or export
• An unlawful or non-research purpose
• An attempt to bypass verification or compliance controls
• A breach of this Policy or our Terms of Service

Where required or permitted by law, ONE Peptides may preserve relevant records and provide information to payment providers, couriers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other appropriate parties.

Payment and cancellation consequences are governed by our Terms of Service and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

You assume responsibility for ensuring that your purchase, possession, research activities, handling, storage, transfer, and disposal are lawful and consistent with this Policy.

Any misuse or prohibited use constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service.

Applicable disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations are set out in our Terms of Service and are incorporated into this Policy.
