Age Verification & Eligibility Policy

You must be at least 21 years old to use the ONE Peptides Services, create an account, place an order, or receive a delivery.

If the applicable age of legal majority is higher than 21, the higher age requirement will apply.

Any identification provided must be valid, unexpired, clearly show the holder’s name, photograph, and date of birth, and match the relevant account or order information.

ONE Peptides may hold, refuse, or cancel an order where:

• The minimum-age requirement is not satisfied
• The purchaser or recipient refuses required verification
• Age or identity cannot reasonably be verified
• Submitted information is incomplete or inconsistent
• Documentation appears altered, false, or unauthorised
• We reasonably suspect that an order is being placed by or for an underage person

Where a paid order is cancelled before dispatch because verification cannot be completed, any amount successfully collected will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

You must not:

• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Use another person’s identification
• Submit altered, stolen, or fraudulent documents
• Create an account for an underage person
• Place an order on behalf of an underage person
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with a verification measure

Such conduct constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service. ONE Peptides may cancel affected orders, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse future transactions, and take further action where required or permitted by law.

Information collected for age or identity verification will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use this information to:

• Confirm age, identity, and purchaser eligibility
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorised transactions
• Enforce our Terms and policies
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
