1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and One Peptides Lab FZE, trading as ONE Peptides (“ONE Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ONE Peptides website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, creating an account, completing an acknowledgement, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the following policies, where applicable:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Shipping Policy
  • Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
  • Age Verification Policy
  • Research-Use Only Policy

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services or place an order.

If these Terms conflict with a policy addressing a specific subject, the more specific policy will apply to that subject, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Verification

You must be at least 21 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By accessing restricted areas or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You satisfy the applicable age requirement
  • You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, handle, and use the products
  • You are purchasing exclusively for lawful research purposes
  • You have the knowledge, facilities, and procedures necessary to handle the products appropriately
  • You are not purchasing for an ineligible person or prohibited purpose
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

We may require age, identity, purchaser, business, institutional, or other eligibility verification. You must not provide false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass any verification requirement.

Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access, delayed processing, rejection or cancellation of an order, or suspension of an account.

3. Nature and Regulatory Status of Products

All peptides, research compounds, reference materials, laboratory products, and related products offered by ONE Peptides are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory and research use only.

They are not offered or represented as:

  • Pharmaceutical drugs
  • Medicines
  • Dietary supplements
  • Food products
  • Cosmetics
  • Medical devices
  • Veterinary products
  • Consumer wellness products

Unless expressly confirmed through official product documentation, no product is represented by ONE Peptides as approved or registered by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, Dubai Health Authority, Department of Health Abu Dhabi, or another regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

No representation is made that any product is safe, effective, or suitable for a therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, cosmetic, clinical, or other human-use purpose.

References to scientific literature, research areas, biological mechanisms, or potential applications do not change a product’s research-use-only designation.

4. Research-Use Restrictions

Products must not be:

  • Consumed, ingested, injected, inhaled, or otherwise administered to a person
  • Applied topically or otherwise applied to the human body
  • Used for self-experimentation
  • Administered to animals outside an expressly permitted and lawful research context
  • Used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or health condition
  • Used for clinical, therapeutic, recreational, household, cosmetic, or consumer purposes
  • Resold, relabelled, repackaged, or promoted as suitable for human use
  • Used in food, medicine, supplements, cosmetics, or consumer products
  • Exported or reshipped outside the UAE
  • Used for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

You are solely responsible for the lawful receipt, storage, handling, use, documentation, and disposal of products after delivery.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

Information provided through the Services is for general research, educational, and product-information purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, therapeutic, scientific, legal, or other professional advice. ONE Peptides is not acting as a healthcare provider, pharmacy, prescriber, or medical consultation service.

No doctor-patient, healthcare-provider, or professional-client relationship is created through your use of the Services or communication with ONE Peptides.

Website information must not be used to determine human dosage, administration, treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare decisions.

6. Accounts

Where an account is created, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Restricting unauthorised access to your account
  • All activity conducted through your account
  • Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

You must not transfer an account, create an account using false information, or use another person’s account without authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate an account where necessary to address fraud, misuse, security concerns, or a breach of these Terms.

7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, specifications, quantities, concentrations, packaging, availability, and prices accurately.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging, labels, and presentation may change without notice, provided that the material product specification remains consistent with the accepted order.

We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, or product-information errors. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item and refund the amount collected for it.

You must review the product description, specifications, storage requirements, and research designation before completing an order.

8. Orders and Availability

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself constitute acceptance.

An order is accepted only after:

  • Payment has been authorised
  • Required verification has been completed
  • Product availability has been confirmed
  • The order has passed relevant compliance and fraud checks
  • ONE Peptides confirms acceptance or dispatches the order

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order where:

  • Verification cannot be completed
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • A product is unavailable
  • Product or pricing information contains a material error
  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised
  • The order violates these Terms or another applicable policy
  • The delivery address is outside the UAE
  • We reasonably suspect an unauthorised use, resale, transfer, or export
  • We cannot lawfully fulfil the order

If ONE Peptides cancels a paid order before dispatch, the amount collected for the cancelled items will be returned to the original payment method.

9. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the total payable amount will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charges.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms.

10. Shipping, Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Order cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, product claims, and available remedies are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Due to product-integrity and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final except as expressly stated in that policy or required by applicable law.

These policies form part of these Terms and apply to every order placed through the Services.

11. Website Access, Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

ONE Peptides grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access the website for lawful browsing, account management, and purchasing in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Use the website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, eligibility, affiliation, location, or research purpose
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading account, order, payment, review, return, product-claim, or verification information
  • Obtain products for unlawful use, unauthorised resale, distribution, export, or prohibited administration
  • Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website’s security, availability, operation, or infrastructure
  • Damage, disable, overburden, or impose an unreasonable load on the website or related systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s account, restricted website areas, systems, servers, networks, or data
  • Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated systems without prior written permission
  • Scrape, harvest, data-mine, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit the website or any part of it
  • Use the website to distribute spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or falsely represent an affiliation with ONE Peptides

The website and its content—including the ONE Peptides name, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, product images, videos, designs, layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to ONE Peptides and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Accessing the website or purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. ONE Peptides does not control or endorse those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal compliance, investigation of suspected misuse, or protection of the website, its systems, and its users.

ONE Peptides does not warrant that:

Any express product specification accepted as part of an order remains subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONE Peptides and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from:

  • Use of or inability to access the Services
  • Reliance on general website or research information
  • Use or misuse of a product outside its permitted research context
  • Improper storage, handling, transfer, resale, relabelling, export, or disposal
  • Unauthorised access resulting from a user’s failure to secure their account
  • Courier or third-party service disruption
  • Loss of data, revenue, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of ONE Peptides arising from a product or order will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.

15. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ONE Peptides and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers against third-party claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms
  • Your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services
  • Your misuse, administration, resale, relabelling, transfer, or export of a product
  • False information or documentation submitted by you
  • Your violation of applicable law or another person’s rights

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, accounts, or pending orders where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A material breach of these Terms or an incorporated policy
  • Failure to complete required verification
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • Security or compliance concerns
  • Suspected product misuse or unauthorised resale
  • False or misleading information

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

17. Events Outside Our Control

ONE Peptides is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government action, transport restrictions, cyber incidents, utility failures, or failure of essential third-party systems.

This section does not exclude obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, policies, operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised date. The version displayed when an order is accepted will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

20. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure or delay by ONE Peptides to enforce a right does not waive that right.

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Services and your purchase of products.
